A: Sure,we can provide free samples, but the customers will pay the freight.
Q3:What about the delivery time?
A: It depends on weather and quantities. Normally, we can finish the transport within 3 days after confirming payment from my factory to sea port. (excluding Chinese holidays). The lead time takes about 7 days.
Q4:How to confirm product quality before placing an order?
A: We usually offer 500g-1kg samples for customers' pre-test in the Lab. Then we suggest 1MT trial order. The trial order will be totally same with the pre-samples.
Q5:What kind of payment terms do you accept?
